Welcome to the Kogosa Studio website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (kogosa.co.uk) and the acquisition of our art prints and artworks.

 

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Last updated: 10 May 2026.

Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason (including pricing errors or suspected fraud). As our products are custom-printed to order, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once the printing process has begun.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, lore, text, graphics and branding on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Kogosa Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our artwork for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Products and materialisation

Every artefact is materialised to order. We take immense care to ensure that the descriptions and details of our products are accurate. However, please note that due to variations in monitor calibrations, the colours of the physical print may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. All prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Purchasing & Conditions

Kogosa Studio is an independent fine art print studio. Our registered address is 1 Cleveland Road, Scorton, Richmond, DL10 6EF, United Kingdom. Contact us with any enquiries at studio@kogosa.co.uk.

 

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. While we strive to meet these estimates, Kogosa Studio is not liable for delays caused by postal services or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this will not affect orders that have already been placed. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers.

Limitation of liability

This website and all content are provided on an “as is” basis. In no event will Kogosa Studio be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of our website. Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising out of the purchase of our products will be limited to the total price you paid for the order.

Returns and replacements

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The print must be in pristine, resellable condition and returned in its original rigid packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
