Shipping Policy
Every artefact is materialised to order. Please note that our 3–5 business day dispatch window includes the careful production, curing, and packaging of your fine art print. We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — free on all UK orders. At this time, we ship to UK addresses only.
To ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition, each print is securely flat-packed with rigid board protection. We never roll our 310gsm cotton paper. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email.
Damaged Artefacts:
If your print arrives damaged by the journey, please contact us at studio@kogosa.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the packaging and the print itself. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns policy
We want you to be entirely captivated by your artefact. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the print must be in pristine, resellable condition and returned in its original rigid packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. Approved returns should be sent to our studio:
